How can I pay for my order? What payment methods do you accept?
We accept the following credit cards for online purchases:
  • American Express
  • Discover
  • MasterCard
  • Visa
  • Paypal


Other forms of payment available are paypal, google checkout and by personal check. All orders sent by check take longer to process due to verification regulations (an estimated 3-4 days longer). Personal checks also require a matching address for the ship to address.

Can I track my order online? 
You may track your order by accessing your online account (if you create one during checkout) and viewing the order status and tracking information in the order history details. Once the order ships, a Shipping Confirmation e-mail is sent to you with the order details and tracking number, which you may use to track your order.

Must I pay sales tax? 
We are required to collect sales tax for orders delivered in the states we are located; *CA.

How long will it take for my order to arrive? 
Delivery times are dependent upon product, inventory status and delivery method. Typically, orders will arrive to your home within 7-10 business days. Exceptions are communicated on the product information page and in your shopping cart. In rare instances, when an in-stock item becomes unavailable after you have placed an order, you will be notified via e-mail by our sales team.

What delivery area is covered by 
We only ship to the contigous 48 states. We will be delivering to PO Boxes in the near future.

How can I review order details? 
Registered users can log into their account and view the order history and details of any online order. An email is also sent out immediatley after placing an order. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please email out support team to make sure that your order was successfully put in.

What is a backorder? 
A product is labeled as backordered when it is out of stock. You may still order the item, and it will be shipped to you as soon as it becomes available. The estimated arrival date to the distribution center is communicated on the product's information page and in the shopping cart. You will receive periodic emails regarding the backorder status.

Did you receive my order? 
When you order on, an Order Confirmation email is sent to you within 24 hours.

Can I change or cancel my order? 
You may cancel your order any time as long as it hasn't been processed. Orders that have been processed and shipped still can be refunded, but a 10% restock fee will apply. The total amount minus the shipping charges (plus restock fee) will be refunded in the event that an order has been shipped out already,.

General Shipping Information
Shipments are delivered Monday through Friday.  All items offered on are shipped directly from the manufacturer to your shipping location. Orders are processed within 24 hours of placing the order.
Shipments are all shipped using Fedex.
Who do I call if my merchandise arrives broken or damaged from the carrier? 
If your order is broken or damaged, refuse delivery (if possible). Then contact our support group at so we can correlate a replacement with the manufacturer. If the shipment looks fine but the unpackaged contents are damaged please contact our support team as soon as possible. We work with great manufacturers, so we work with getting replacements out in a timley fashion.
Unfortunately, we don't ship to Alaska or Hawaii at the moment.

30-Day Return Policy If you are not completely satisfied with an item, you may return it within 30 days of purchase receipt. The item must be in its original condition and include all parts, accessories and packaging. Due to strict health regulations there are absolutley no returns on used items. We carefully inspect items for signs of usage. No credit or exchange will be issued if the product shows signs of use.
Email us at to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and shipping instructions. Include a copy of the original invoice with your return and write your RA# visibly on the outside of the shipping package and on the packing slip. Please tell us why you are returning our product, so that we can continue to improve our service.

Return shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item is being returned as a result of our error (damaged, defective, wrong item sent, etc.). For your protection, we encourage you to send your return prepaid via UPS or FedEx. We do not accept COD. Save your shipping receipt and tracking number for proof of return delivery. We are not responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged by the return shipping company.

When requesting a refund, your funds will be returned via original form of payment. A 20% restocking fee will apply on all eligible returns.

Missing, Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Item Sent Return Policy If an item is missing, damaged, defective or incorrect, you must contact us by email within 5 days of the purchase receipt so that our customer care specialists can explain what steps need to be taken. After 30 days, you must contact the manufacturer about defective or damaged merchandise.
